Through the MyEvents portal, you can offer self-service workflows that save you and your team time and hassle. Within the portal, participants can:
- View and modify registrations, including accessing personal and event information, such as registration confirmations or QR codes for check-in, transferring registrations to another event category or claiming registrations that were set up by others.
- Purchase additional merchandise, allowing you to optimize the registration conversion funnel and maximize add-on revenue.
- Securely upload important documents that can be reviewed by an admin in the document management tool.
- Monitor fundraising progress toward goals to support your causes.
