After becoming familiar with the pre-made reports in Camp& Class Manager, consider creating a custom report by accessing the option on each Season's Reports tab and Finance tab. This allows you to identify new customer trends and gain important business insights. Once the report is built, you can save it for future use, export copies, or schedule it to be automatically sent to your email on a schedule that suits you.

To access your attendance portal, you can either go to the Quick Links section on your homepage or click on the Attendance Tracking button in your Sessions tab to track attendance fora specific session. From there, you'll be able to view and add notes to camper profiles, check campers in and out, and even require signatures from AuthorizedPickups. Don't forget, our Attendance Portal is mobile optimized, so you can easily track attendance while on the go using your mobile phone or tablet.
